The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo
identification at the time of check-in. According to government
regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above
the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are
Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original
copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card.
Accommodation will only be provided to guests who are registered at the hotel’s reception desk.
Guests are provided with a room key upon arrival and registration at the hotel’s reception desk.
Extra mattress will be provided for extra person as per actual charges.
Pets are not allowed in the premises.
Food will be provided only at the dining area. No room service is available.
Outside eatables are not allowed.
Beef food is not allowed in the premises.
Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the homestay, or if any
inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the homestay, the homestay
reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
Guests shall be liable for any damage and it will be charged as actual and to be paid immediately.
If room cleanliness is spoiled due to overconsumption of alcohol,
Rs 1000 to be paid immediately for cleaning. Guest shall keep the room and
premises in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
Use trashcans only for waste and empty water bottles.
Guests are requested not to make any noise pollution after 11pm.
SReddy’s homestay is not responsible for guest’s luggage and belongings as well any
nuisances created in the premises or water area. No claims will be provided under any circumstances by the homestay.
Transportation is provided on chargeable basis for sightseeing and trekking.
Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status
or arrival time through calls or messages. In case, we do not receive a response from the guest
after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or cancelled.
Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.
BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY
Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.
Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.
PAYMENT POLICY
Booking must be done through online.
100% payment should be done while booking online.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMINGS
As a general rule you can check-in from 11:30 (am) on
the day of arrival and must checkout at 10:30 (am) on the day of departure.
